Experience

I graduated from Loyola University with a B.S. in Biology and a Spanish minor. I am currently teaching Mathematics while preparing to pursue a master's in Food Science. Education is one of my highest priorities, and so I have always enjoyed tutoring and otherwise assisting students along their academic paths. I first recognized the rewards of tutoring while working with junior high school students while I was still in high school myself. I tutored these kids in Algebra and Spanish. I tutored high school students through the National Honor Society, and received a tutoring certification in college. I tutor in a variety of subject areas, including Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Spanish. However, I most enjoy teaching mathematical subjects, such as Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Calculus, and SAT Math. On my own time, I like to cook, often experimentally. I also enjoy working with my mother in her online bakery, and getting out for a run.
